Phnom Penh

A view from our hotel window, in between the high rises a market is going everyday from 6 in the morning till 8 at night.

Not a bad lunch while watching the world go by!

Fishing on the river which we can see from from the roof top breakfast area.

On our way again and some of the transportation that people use to go to work!

School is out and it's very interesting to see westeners!

On a sadder note, the killing fields, were in 3 years, 8 months and 20 days about 2 million or 30 % of the Cambodian population found there dead by the hands of Pol Pot and the Kmer Rouge.
A monument in Choen Ek near Pnom Penh shows 17 levels of the remains of people that were killed here. S 21 a high school in the city that was used as a prison and many were tortured is set up as
Tuol Sleng Museum of genocide.
